What this website is

Marketing material about development plots at Abu Dhabi Mira Hills, a master-planned city by Mira Developments in partnership with AD Ports Group on the Abu Dhabi–Dubai corridor, United Arab Emirates. We act as a broker. We are not the master developer, and nothing here is an offer, a contract, an allocation or a reservation.

A master plan in development

Abu Dhabi Mira Hills is a master plan in development, delivered in phases. The districts, destinations, institutions, amenities, phasing and delivery sequence described on these pages are the master developers' and can change. Plot availability, location, land area, permitted use and buildable area are confirmed for each individual plot at the time of enquiry and may differ from what is described here. Renders, aerials and the annotated master plan are indicative: they illustrate design intent and are not a promise of the finished city, and every dimension is subject to final survey.

Prices and currency

The entry price published on these pages is a starting figure for the development opportunities currently offered. It is indicative, excludes fees, charges and any development costs, and can change without notice. Final pricing depends on the location, land area, permitted use and development parameters of the individual plot and on the involvement model agreed. The contract price and currency are those stated in the transaction documents. Confirm the current price with us before relying on any figure.

Investment statements

Statements on these pages about the corridor, its markets, the master plan and the development case come from the master developers or from published information, and are attributed as such where they appear. They describe circumstances or expectations at the time of publication, are not a forecast, and are not a guarantee of any return. They are not investment, tax or legal advice. Ownership and development rights

Statements about land ownership, development rights, approvals and taxation reflect our understanding at the time of publication. Submitting an enquiry form does not reserve a plot or create any obligation on either side. This site loads map tiles from a third-party provider (MapTiler or Esri) using OpenStreetMap data; those services operate under their own terms. Links to other sites, including the developers', are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We take care to keep this information accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
