Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains what personal information Eva Real Estate L.L.C. ("EVA Real Estate", "we") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to these Abu Dhabi Mira Hills pages only.
Who we are
Eva Real Estate L.L.C. is a real-estate brokerage registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with Dubai Land Department office number 25800. Our registered address is UAE, Dubai, Dubai Marina, Marina Plaza Building, Office 3501. You can reach us at info@evadxb.com or +971 58 102 5758.
We market development plots at Abu Dhabi Mira Hills as a broker. The master developers, Mira Developments and AD Ports Group, are separate companies and handle your information under their own policies once a transaction proceeds.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through the enquiry forms on this site:
- Your name
- Your phone number, including the country you select for it
- Your email address, if you choose to give one — the field is optional and may be left blank
- The tick-boxes you agree to, the wording you agreed to, and the time you submitted the form
We also record which page and which form your enquiry came from, the address of the page that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.
The forms do not ask for a free-text message. We do not ask for financial information, identity-document numbers, company registration documents or payment details through this website. If a transaction proceeds, any such information is collected separately and under a separate agreement.
Automatic country detection
So that the phone field opens on the right country code, your IP address is sent to a third-party lookup service (ipwho.is, or ipapi.co if the first does not answer) which returns only a two-letter country code. We do not receive or store your IP address from this, and the country code is held in your browser for the rest of your visit and not sent to us unless you submit a form. If the lookup is blocked or fails, the field simply opens on the United Arab Emirates and nothing is affected.
Spam protection
The enquiry forms are protected against automated submissions by checks run on our own server: a hidden field that a person never sees, a minimum time between opening a form and sending it, and a limit on how many enquiries may arrive from the same internet address over a short period. No third-party captcha service is loaded, no script from another company runs for this purpose, and your behaviour on the page is not analysed or scored.
How you used this site
If you send us an enquiry, we attach to it a short summary of how you used this website, so that the person who calls you knows what you were looking at instead of asking you to repeat it. The summary is built in your browser as you read these pages and is sent only at the moment you submit a form. If you never submit one, it never leaves your device.
The summary describes:
- Which visit this is, when you first arrived, how many pages you have read, and how many days passed before you got in touch
- The page you first arrived on, the campaign tags on the link that first brought you here and on the most recent one, and the addresses of the sites that referred you — the address of the site only, never the full link
- Which sections you scrolled through, how far down the page you read, how long the page was actually in front of you, and which button opened the form
- Which galleries, videos, presentations and questions you opened, and how many times
- Your device type, operating system, browser, screen and window size, whether the screen is a touch screen, whether you have chosen dark mode or reduced motion, and the connection type your browser reports
- The languages set in your browser and its time zone
- How long the form was open before you sent it
What you type is not recorded: the summary knows only that a form was open and for how long. It is assembled by this site’s own code, not by a third-party tracking script, and it does not follow you to other websites. We do not use fingerprinting, and we do not collect or try to infer your gender, age, income or marital status.
So that a return visit is recognised as one, we store a random identifier in your browser — as a cookie set by this site and a copy in its local storage — for up to 400 days. It is a random string that says nothing about you and is not derived from your details or your device. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings, and some browsers, Safari among them, remove it after seven days without a visit; if it is gone, or if your browser does not allow storage, your next visit is simply counted as a first one.
We use this to answer you better and to understand which pages and campaigns bring genuine enquiries. We rely on your consent, recorded together with the wording you agreed to when you submit the form. The summary is kept with your enquiry and for the same period, and is deleted or anonymised with it; you can ask us to delete it sooner, as described under “Your choices”.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry: to send you the current plot schedule, the involvement models and the commercial terms, to arrange a consultation, and to follow up about the specific opportunity you asked about. We rely on your consent — which is recorded, together with the wording you agreed to, when you submit the form — and on our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated.
We will not add you to unrelated marketing lists, sell your details, or pass them to third parties who are not involved in answering your enquiry.
Who we share it with
- Our own advisers and agents, so that someone can respond to you.
- Mira Developments and its authorised representatives, where sharing your enquiry is necessary to reserve a plot, prepare figures for a district or answer a project-specific question.
- Service providers who host our systems and deliver our email and messaging, acting on our instructions only.
- Authorities, where we are required to disclose information by law.
Where it is stored, and for how long
Your enquiry may be stored on systems located outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable level of protection. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed brokerage, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email info@evadxb.com and we will respond. You can withdraw your consent at any time; that does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Cookies and analytics
This site loads its location map from a third-party tile provider (MapTiler, or Esri where no MapTiler key is configured), which receives your IP address in order to serve the map tiles, and the map data is derived from OpenStreetMap. Typefaces are served from this site itself. Any analytics or advertising tags in use are listed in the site's tag configuration; where consent is required before such a tag loads, it is requested before the tag runs.
The only cookie this site sets itself is the visitor identifier described under “How you used this site”.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page. Material changes will be noted here with the date they took effect.
